Care & Handling of Plants

Remember: plants are a live product and can vary in shape and colour. The plant you receive may look slightly different to the pictures on the website as we sell numerous plants and do not take pictures of the individual plants (unless it’s variegated plant cuttings). Each plant will have natural variations and imperfections and it’s okay! None of these have any impact on the overall health of the plant however if you’re still not convinced drop us an email to info[at]agaplantus.co.uk.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to learn how to properly care for the products they are ordering. We are not responsible for mishandling and improper care of the plants. If you’re not sure how to look after the live products you have ordered feel free to use our PLANT SURGERY (A&E) services. We will  be more than happy to help you.

 

 

Missing & Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that part of your order is missing or your order is damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by phone and email. We will check what has happened and if there is a discrepancy or fault on our side, we will reimburse you the value of the missing/damaged items per the pricing on the order.
