Shipping Policy & Delivery

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We use 100% recycled and recyclable boxes and envelopes and reuse packaging whenever possible (unless it’s a plant post service you use). We use paper tape and stuffing paper which can be recycled too. Our stuffing paper is 100% recyclable and recycled. 

 

Currently, plants are delivered only locally in Manchester area. To make sure we have a minimal carboon footprint we deliver them by bike. Up to 3 miles of Victoria Baths, M14, the delivery is £3. Further away, the price depends on the location and individual order.

 

Free delivery with orders over £50 nationwide.

 

All other items are posted via Royal Mail or DPD Local .

 

Agaplantus is not responsible for late shipments, damage due to omissions and external causes including weather conditions (extreme heat or cold, etc.), wrong address provided, delivery without signature, interruptions or any failure of performance resulting from whatever cause.

Return & Exchange Policy

Plants

If you are not satisfied with the plants you have ordered please get in touch with us immediately after opening your order.  All claims regarding plants quality must be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt of product. Digital pictures of all the plants you are claiming, as well as the box and all box labels, are required. Pictures should include a close up of the product, as well as a more panoramic or larger view of the product showing the plants in question. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. We may ask for return of the plants to process your claim.

 

​Should items returned to us in worse condition than when they were delivered, and as pictured in your photos, due to improper packing, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.

 

Other items

You can return an item bought from us due to change of mind within 14 days. In order to do this you will need to get in touch with us by email and once you’ve got our confirmation, send it back to us, at your cost. Once the item has been received we will be in touch regarding a refund. You agree to cover the cost of the return postage and packaging.

 

Should the items return in a poor condition due to improper handling or packing, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.
